Customised AI-powered chatbot - trained on your own data

The chatbot serves various use cases to improve user experience and is to be trained and optimized in 4 successive stages:

Stage 1: Answering general topics
The chatbot is initially trained to answer general questions, be it about services, travel, stadium regulations or basic information about the club.

Stage 2: Data integration of current player and match data
An extension of the chat bot to integrate current player information, scores and relevant real-time data.

Stage 3: Data integration of historical data and statistics
Progressive integration of historical data and statistics to enable the chatbot to provide fans with in-depth information about the club's history and past performances.

Stage 4: Integration of services such as ticket purchasing etc.
Full implementation of service functions, including ticket purchasing and other fan services. The chatbot thus becomes a central point of contact for fan interactions and transactions.
