Customised AI-powered chatbot - trained on your own data
AVATim will be equipped with extensive sales knowledge that is constantly updated to provide users with valuable tips in real time. Users can ask questions, receive feedback and learn sales techniques in an interactive, personalised environment.
The chatbot serves various use cases to improve the user experience and is to be built and optimized in 3 successive stages:
Stage 1: Text to text
The chatbot is first trained to answer general questions from the existing data sources and those yet to be added with a text output. The focus is on the creation and classification of individual text passages and the integration of sample questions for the respective sources. As well as the creation and further development of a specially adapted system prompt. During the closed beta, a coordinated group of testers will review the quality of the responses and, based on the analysis of the chat histories, refine them to the desired standard.
Stage 2: Voice to voice
In the second stage of development, the chatbot will have the ability to understand and respond to voice commands in real time. The voice-to-voice chatbot will use speech recognition and the distinctive voice of Tim Taxis to provide a familiar and engaging interaction. The focus is on optimising latency to ensure fast and accurate responses. Voice models are trained to meet the specific requirements for pronunciation and naturalness of the voice. In this phase, the user experience is tested in an open beta to ensure that the speech recognition and quality of responses meet the desired standard.
Stage 3: Voice-to-avatar bot
In the third stage, the avatar will be developed by combining the voice-to-voice chatbot with a digital avatar modelled on Tim Taxis. This digital twin will be able to communicate verbally and visually by simulating the facial expressions and gestures of Tim Taxis, creating a more realistic user experience. In addition, an open beta will be made available to a wider audience to gather valuable user feedback. The avatar will be optimised through a number of measures to improve interactivity and conversation quality. One focus is on the challenge of getting the avatar to respond in real time. Currently, latencies of more than 10 seconds are not practical, so intensive work is being done to improve the response speed to ensure an authentic sales coaching experience.
